"๐๐ก๐๐ง๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ" is a critical skill required to thrive in today's climate of change, challenges and uncertainty. One certainty is that ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐.
๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ Whilst some leaders might use their intuition there are some simple '๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ & ๐ญ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐' ๐ฆ๐จ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฌ out there that can support leaders manage change more successfully. ๐๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ซ'๐ฌ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ-๐๐ญ๐๐ฉ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐ ๐ is a good one I've found resonates with the Leaders I've worked with.
