🤔 How do you change habits or routines that hold you back?


💯 Most people become comfortable in their day-to-day routines and operate on auto-pilot with “go-to” responses.


😨 These responses can hold productivity back and create frustration in teams where change is required.


💯 Recognising when yourself, your team or even your customers have slipped into comfortable routines and then creating a “pivot” is critical to maintain high performance and avoid apathy.
