🌍 I've just completed the virtual delivery of a Commercial Excellence Academy programme for sales leaders in the global logistics market on behalf of Imparta.
🌐 Over the past 12 weeks we've focused on (1) Winning Deals (2) Negotiating Deals (3) Commercial Acumen and (4) Driving Client Strategy.
💯 High levels of energy & engagement were critical to embed learnings.
💯 Relevant case studies, role-plays, break-outs, sales tools & shared experiences ensured everyone can use the training to improve their sales performance.
