Communicating with impact for leaders of the future

I had the pleasure of running a workshop with a group of year 10 prefects and young leaders from Berkhamsted Boys School yesterday. Berkhamsted School #berkhamstedboysschool

We had some brilliant conversations about:

🚀𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝: how important it is to understand your own purpose, style and brand.

🚀𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞: how you want your audience to feel, think and behave.

🚀𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: knowing everything you can about who they are, where they are, and what they want or need.

🚀𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭: understanding the impact of your senses, body language, storytelling and the channels you use to communicate.

Thank you to Tom Hadcroft and Richard Mackay for giving me the opportunity to share some insights, provoke their thinking and give the boys some tips for the future.

I look forward to hearing some positive stories about them using some of these ideas positively in future.
