๐๐ฏ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐?
๐๐๐ This week I had the ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ of running a ๐ณ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ in the ๐ท๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ again with a brilliant group of leaders. Here are a few of my ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐:
๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐๐๐: It never ceases to amaze me what ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ and the ideas that exist within everyone. Being genuinely curious and asking powerful questions can create powerful thoughts, feelings and actions. ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐.
๐๐๐ ๐ณ๐๐๐๐๐, ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ & ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐: So many leaders think they know how to coach, yet they can't resist the urge to jump in with ideas, provide an opinion or ask leading questions. ๐ฐ๐'๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐, ๐๐'๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐! Use empowering questions, really listen deeply and be curious. ๐ป๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐.
๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐: It's so important to actively seek and give feedback. High performance individuals and teams are constantly looking for ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, analysing their progress and ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ and what their teams are doing. Feedback is at the centre of this. ๐จ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐.
๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐: Sometimes you have to ๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ to discover who you really are. This can ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ for some people. Some people can hide this version of themself for all sorts of reasons. ๐พ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐.
๐ ๐ ๐ ๐พ๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐ป๐๐๐๐๐๐ & ๐ต๐๐๐๐๐: Every time I've worked with leaders it's amazing how powerful it is to get them ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐. Their minds seem to open up and they seem to ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐. Sometimes this creates those ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ for them. ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐. ๐ป๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ต๐๐๐๐๐'๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐.
