🚀🚀🚀How important is the "𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒓 𝑴𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒔𝒆𝒕" and "𝑩𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒓𝒂𝒗𝒆" in your style of Leadership?
𝑰 𝒘𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒖𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒍𝒚 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘.
🎥🎥🎥 I've recorded a few insights on the topic based on recent events in sport, politics and business, which I hope you find useful.
✪🏆🎯 In the world of sport we have seen the England Cricket team's performance transformed almost instantly with appointment of a new head coach and captain. They have gone from a poor performing team with an unclear strategy to one with a "𝒇𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒔𝒆𝒕" and a team of players making "𝒅𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒅𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔". This is not only disrupting how the opposition think and therefore play, but also giving their own team confidence and allowing them to be brave and flourish.
🔥🌍🔥 In UK politics we are seeing a 𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 because 𝒄𝒐𝒅𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒃𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒄 𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒔 have been breached by the leader and all trust has gone. This will require a new leader and leadership team to come together quickly and make some 𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒅𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 and 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒏𝒆𝒘 𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒅𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 under enormous pressure.
🌎💻 🖧 In the business world the 𝑭𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒕𝒉 𝑰𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑹𝒆𝒗𝒐𝒍𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 is ever present in a digitally connected world, where 𝑨𝑰, 𝑩𝒊𝒈 𝑫𝒂𝒕𝒂, 𝑨𝒖𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑹𝒐𝒃𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒔 are transforming the way businesses operate from the 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒚 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒊𝒏 all the way through to the 𝒄𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒓 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆. And we have a new 𝑨𝒍𝒑𝒉𝒂 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 growing up fast whose motivations are driven by Purpose rather than Salary in many cases. This requires business leaders to not only be 𝑰𝒏𝒏𝒐𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆, 𝑨𝒅𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 to be successful in these challenging times, but adopt an "Explorer" Mindset and be "Brave".
🚀💡🔑 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒔𝒕 𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒓𝒖𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒚 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒆𝒏𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒈𝒐!
👂👉👉 Good Luck and let me know where you've been 𝑩𝒓𝒂𝒗𝒆 or 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒅 where others were not prepared to go.
