Heads Up & Freer

How aware are you of:

šŸ¤” everything that is around you &Ā

šŸ¤” things that might be holding you back

šŸ¤” and what impact this has on your performance and wellbeing?

šŸ›Œ I still remember waking at 4am early last year.

šŸŒ’ Heading downstairs to my office in the middle of the night.

šŸ§  Brain dumping my thoughts & ideas about my new business.

šŸ˜• What the hell was I going to call my new business?

šŸ’” It had to mean something, be relevant & be my guiding light.

šŸŒ³ My business was all about developing leaders and teams.

šŸ˜€ "Heads Up" was a phrase I used a lot when coaching.Ā

šŸ†“ "Freer" was my surname.

šŸ’Æ "Heads Up and Freer" it was.

Heads Up and Freer

Why?

šŸ’Æ "Heads up" is all about your "Peripheral Vision". Your awareness of whatā€™s around you has a unique circuit in the brain, which connects to emotions, movement control, & how you think, making you feel and perform better.

šŸ’Æ "Freer" literally means to liberate someone or something.

šŸ™ šŸ™šŸ™ All the work I do with clients is about supporting them to be better leaders and improve the effectiveness and wellbeing of their teams. I feel truly grateful to all the individuals and organisations I have worked with since I launched - thank you.

šŸŽÆ If you lead with your "head up" it means you are aware of the people around you, the environment you are in, the situations you encounter and are able to see it for what it is. You are able to see the bigger picture and not get distracted on minutia. You are then able to make better choices and decisions that move you and your team forward.

šŸŽÆ Equally if you are able to create space and time to think clearly this liberates you. You can focus on what's important to you, identify what might be holding you back and find more effective ways forward - you become "freer".

As you come towards the end of the year

šŸ˜ƒ are you able to see the bigger picture and feeling liberated to perform at your best?

šŸ˜° or are you feeling overwhelmed and burning out because you have a relentless list of programmes that you and your team need to deliver.

If it's the latter feel free to reach out for a chat to see changes you could make going into 2024 which serve you better.
