🤔 How often do you get together with your teams and really appreciate how far you've come and the impact you have?

🙏 It was a pleasure to work with the Help for Heroes executive and extended leadership team yesterday on behalf of First Ascent Group.

👏 Whilst we focused on purpose, roles and leadership behaviours, what was even more inspiring from the day was experiencing first hand the wonderful leadership team they have in place and how far they have already come.
