It 𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒛𝒆𝒔 𝒎𝒆 how many people in the 𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅 "𝒂𝒗𝒐𝒊𝒅" giving proper 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒅𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒌 to their 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒈𝒖𝒆𝒔.

😬😬😬 Maybe it's because they want to avoid difficult conversations.

😨😨😨 Maybe it's because they aren't confident doing this and fear the reactions.

😳😳😳 Maybe it's because they believe they are always busy and there are always more important matters to deal with?

🎓🎓🎓 They know they have to keep learning, challenging and pushing the boundaries with each other to keep growing and improving.

💯💯💯 They know the feedback has to be direct, honest, objective, specific and timely to have an impact.

🎯🎯🎯 They are always looking out for "what went well", appreciate it, and then set the bar higher.

🔍🔍🔍 They constructively critic each other to work out how things could be done "even better", and what they can do to support each understand and push their limits.

👂👂👂They always listen to the feedback with an open mind, using it as an opportunity to gain new perspectives and insights

👏👏👏 If you want to get some feedback from someone be brave and ask them for it. Book some time to do it properly.

👍👍👍 If you want to give some constructive feedback to someone, have a conversation with them, and ask their permission to give them some. Again book some time to do it properly.

✍✍✍ A group I was working with recently spent some time purposefully writing down and giving their feedback to each other. They'd not done it that way before and it was very impactful. I was also lucky to get some feedback from them which I really appreciated.

🚀🚀🚀“Mark, You came across as very passionate about your area of expertise, you are very articulate and exude calmness and put people at ease.

👂👂👂“Mark, Passionate, Always Learning, Interested in others, Good Listener, Rock balancer extraordinaire.”

⚡️⚡️⚡️ “Mark, Great Energy without being over the top, and I like the way you reflect and are very present in the moment.”

🌍🌍🌍“Mark, I’ve enjoyed the balance of the course, your energy and your passion for the topics. Truly thought provoking! Thank You.”
