⚡ How are you managing your energy levels at this time of the year?


😫 Are you feeling tired, stressed and run down?


😬 You are probably not alone - trying to sprint to the year end - hit those KPIs - build plans for next year - burn the wick at both ends.




🧠 I'm just trying to boost my energy levels as I head off to deliver 3 days of face to face training this week, following some bespoke leadership sessions today.



I thought I'd share 3 simple tips to help energise yourself:


😴 Rest & Recover - make sure you get enough sleep


🎒 Prepare - give yourself the confidence to perform


☎️ Talk - if you are feeling the pressure talk to someone
