Supporting Young Talent

🤔 How do you support young talent and leaders of the future?

😬 Today I read that "one million" young people aged 16-24 in the UK are not in education, training or employment.

😨 That's 20% higher than before Covid & the largest number for 10 years.

😰 It's challenging being a teenager and working out what career you want to follow - so let's try and give them support where we can.

💯 Apprenticeships, Placements, Education and Mentoring can all help.

😀 Whilst I spend a lot of my time working with well established leaders helping them to build high performance teams, I equally enjoy working with young talent. 

😀 In fact it's arguably more rewarding to see young talent overcome challenges, find a way forward and flourish.

💯 That's why I'm looking forward to seeing my young person later today, who I regularly mentor and support.
