4️⃣ Start taking positive steps and actions.
5️⃣ Regularly review, learn and adapt.
💯 This can be easier said than done.
💯 There will be challenges at each stage.

💯 These steps apply in many aspects of life whether you are looking to advance your career, be a more successful sales person, or simply improve.
💻 I've just started the delivery of several virtual training sessions on "Account Management" for a group of international sales leaders - 4 hours - finished by 9am.
🌍 Today's focus was on building an account strategy and understanding:
(1) Where to compete, (2) How to compete, & (3) When to compete
♟️ As part of this session we used an account mapping "Gameboard" to understand the different buying units, products & services, and trends within each sales person's account, and then use this to identify sales strategies for the different opportunities.
🎯 Understanding the game you are playing, the moves you can make, and deciding where to go next, is critical to your success.
