🚀🚀🚀𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒊𝒕'𝒔 𝒄𝒐𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂 𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒎, 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏 𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒓 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂 𝒏𝒆𝒘 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒎, 𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒃𝒆 𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒕𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔.
✪✪✪ I've just spent my Sunday morning checking everything is ready for the new season with my #Tringrugby U14s. I absolutely love coaching this team and can't wait for the new season to start.

🚀🚀🚀𝑩𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔 often 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒅𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 to 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒖𝒎 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒎𝒔. Think of all those annual kick-offs, new product launches, new marketing campaigns, new leadership teams, new strategies, new growth plans or new partnerships which companies create.
💯💯💯Now think of all the "𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏" required to maximise the impact of these activities and sustain ongoing high performance.
